Über das Restaurant - Bombay Café
Die Bombay-Gruppe besteht aus 3 Restaurants: zwei in Genf, die « Bombay Café » und die « Bombay Palace », und eine in Interlaken die « Bombay Restaurant ». Die "Bombay Café" befindet sich im Zentrum von Genf in der Nähe von Cornavin entfernt. Es ist der Ursprung des Mumbai-Projekt die Küche von Bombay in der Schweiz zu entdecken. Der Küchenchef bietet eine feine indische Küche, bunt und traditionelle verschiedenen Geschmäckern und Düften. Die Spezialitäten des Restaurants sind: Butter Chicken, Chicken Tikka Masala Chicken Korma.
