Über das Restaurant - La Golosa Gelato Altstadt
Nur mit Qualität erreicht man Perfektion
Um das zu erreichen, produzieren wir in unserem Laboratorio täglich Gelato, nach der alten italienischen Tradition. Unsere Kunden sollen täglich frisch produziertes Gelato geniessen können, welches ohne jegliche Konservierungsmittel hergestellt wird.
Wir legen Wert auf Qualität! Darum benutzen wir nur das Beste für die Herstellung unserer Gelati: Regelmässig gelieferte, frische hormonfreie Vollmilch aus dem Emmental sowie Schweizer Zucker. Wenn es die Saison erlaubt bevorzugen wir immer frische Früchte von lokalen Bauern die wir persönlich selektieren.
Wir verzichten auf künstliche Stabilisatoren und fast alle unsere Gelati sind glutenfrei. Wir haben somit auch Produkte für Veganer, Milchallergiker, Hülsenfrüchte Allergiker etc.
