In a box office, nestled in the food hall of Globus, Denise's reinvented, under the leadership of Benjamin Garin, a culinary classic. He delivers here, by reorchestring the burger on the theme of the four seasons, and by choosing the most noble ingredients, a new taste and an innovating look on this type of sandwich so often decried.
Thus the "lobster roll" presents Maine lobster and its lime remoulade, topped with a muslin avocado. Spices Lamb offers an original version of lamb confit between two pita buns, unless you prefer the roast chicken or cornmeal version for vegetarians. Dream what can be slipped between these two buns, these crisp breads and scented with spelled, sesame or cuttlefish ink and our craftsmen will do the rest.
