In this selection the chocolate sweets are handmade the artisanal way with the best chocolate of Central America and Guinea Golf. The inside of these chocolate sweet are made with ganache which has no preservatives or artificial flavours, which provides a balance and special flavour.
This chocolate sweet decorated with gold and silver glitter, the chocolate is made out of Brazil and Papua New Guineo Beans, in 2011 it won the prize "Meilleur Praline International" for its balance and outstanding flavour.
For more than 100 years, the well kept recipe of these chocolate stuffed with moka ganache, also know under the name of "Geneva Pavé". Get yourself a whole box of these extraordinary pralines, award-winning of the guide Gault&Millau.
