In pizza we crust is the motto of this new pizza genius in Geneva. In the year 50, some Roman bakers had the good idea of putting tomato and mozzarella on the pizza dough. It took decades to perfect the flour mixture, water and yeast to transform this simple idea into an outstanding pizza. 60 years later, the 'pizza al taglio' is still considered as the best way to eat your favorite pizza. WHENEVER and WHERE you want This pizzeria is located on the side of Terrassière district and allows you to discover or rediscover the classic pizza or some specialties of the house under regular forms, filled and even sweet ones. The secret of our pizzas comes from the talent and the passion of Marco Merola, an Italian chef who teaches at several schools in Italy as the famous "Gambero Rosso".
