La Vache qui Vole has chosen its stable in one of the oldest buildings in the city's historic square, the central square.

On the ground floor, you will find a beautiful terrace on the square, in the shade of the plane trees, and a wine bar on the ceiling of which a monumental cow flies.
You can taste the best selection of our dishes in a friendly atmosphere, looking like a trendy bar on weekends.
A few steps of spiral staircase and you reach the mezzanine restaurant.

You can eat a market cuisine based on fresh produce, in a style that combines classicism, Mediterranean, and large pieces prepared at your table. All this in a relaxed atmosphere and under the guidance of our Chef, Pierre Evequoz.
