Pinsa mit Tomaten und Mozzarella
Die Pinsa ist ein altes Rezept, das vor der traditionellen Pizza zur Zeit des antiken Roms geboren wurde. Der Unterschied zwischen traditioneller Pizza und Pinsa liegt im knusprigeren Teig an den Rändern, im Inneren ist er weicher und dank verschiedener Teiglaugungstechniken in den verwendeten Mehlen bekömmlicher, was diese Pizza in ihrer Art einzigartig macht.
