Tous nos plats, des entrées, plats principaux, y compris nos desserts typiquement libanais sont entièrement élaborés dans notre cuisine, en utilisant les ingrédients les plus frais selon les critères du label "Fait Maison" de la Fédération Romande des consommateurs (FRC), GastroSuisse, La Semaine du Gôut et SlowFood.

About the restaurant - Azar & Co
Né à Byblos - Jbeil, au Liban, Elias Azar s'installe à Paris dès son plus jeune âge, débutant sa carrière de chef libanais, reconnu par le célèbre Fakhredin et Pavillon Noura, à Paris. Il contribue également à ouvrir plusieurs brasseries et restaurants libanais avec le propriétaire du Pavillon Noura. En 1993, il est invité à superviser la création du restaurant libanais Arabesque de l'Hôtel Président Wilson, dans lequel il crée le menu, planifie la cuisine et compose également l'équipe du restaurant. Le Chef Azar est arrivé à Genève en mai 1995 où il a commencé la préparation de l'inauguration de l'Arabesque en juin 1995 et y est resté 21 ans. En février 2018, le Chef Azar et son associé ont décidé d'ouvrir Azar & Co sur son site.
