About the restaurant - Fabbrica Pasta
Fabbrica Pasta was born from my passion for Italian cuisine, as well as my origins. Being a fresh pasta lover, all pastas are handcrafted and made with fresh and seasonal ingredients.
This concept was born out of my will to share my passion and know-how with customers as well as from my desire to share some of my best childhood memories.
Most of our stuffings are created from local products.
Also, the products available in the epicerie, are homemade. Therefore, you will be able to enjoy a delicious homemade pesto, spicy oil as well as a plethora of other Italian products.
