About the restaurant - Little Persia
When you think of spices, you immediately think of something spicy, and this is a mistake. Persian cuisine is definitely spicy but not hot. It is fragrant. Roses, cardamom, dried lemons, dried herbs and of course saffron, the gold of Persian gastronomy, are an integral part of the famous Iranian recipes that make up the richness of this oriental culture.
