About the restaurant - The Greek Project
The Greek Project was founded in February 2020 from a group of friends who shared the same passion in Greek food. Our main goal is to serve authentic Greek food. We use the best ingredients from either Greece or Switzerland. At the moment we are sharing the same roof with our good friends The Coffee Project, the authentic Single Origin Specialty coffee shop in Lausanne.
