About the restaurant - Pizza Leggera
The ripening and lifting of the dough is slow and lasts at least 48 hours.
Thus it makes the pizza particularly digestible, easily assimilated and adapted to everyone.
We use natural and simple ingredients, such as those offered by nature, and where possible from the terroir. We try to offer balanced flavors in the mouth, paying particular attention to food intolerances and excess calories, through a correct balance between protein, fat and carbohydrates.
