We have been in the European restaurant business for over 18 years. Our speciality is Tibetan momos, dumplings filled with meat or vegetables, which we learned to make from our parents as children. We serve them with a tasty homemade chilli sauce. For our dishes we use herbs, vegetables and salad from our own organic garden in the Tösstal.
