Philipponnat brut - 75cl
Royale Réserve, Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, France - 37.5 cl Spiciness and fruitiness balance each other wonderfully and with intensity in the mouth, supported by lively and dense effervescence. Its golden colour and fine bubbles are ravishing to the eye. In the nose, the aroma palette ranges from almond and butter pastries, red currant jelly and apple pie to jasmine, candied oranges and apricot. On the palate, nothing but pleasant tartness, and a soothing depth of fruit and mineral flavours, which keep on expressing themselves in a long finish.


Philipponnat brut - 37.5cl
Royale Réserve, Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, France Beschreibung: Würzigkeit und Fruchtigkeit halten sich wunderbar intensiv am Gaumen die Waage, gestützt von einer lebendigen, kräftigen Mousse. Die feine Perlage und die goldgelbe Robe erfreuen das Auge. Sein Duftfächer reicht von Butter-Mandel-Gebäck, Johannisbeergelee und Apfeltarte bis hin zu Jasmin, kandierter Orange und Aprikose. Im Mund keine strenge Herbheit, sondern Geschmacksfülle mit reifen Fruchtnoten und mineralischen Akzenten, die im Abgang lange nachklingt.

Cuvée Louise
Brut, Pommery, Champagne, 2004 - 75cl Light golden yellow with pale green reflections. Complex aroma of acacia blossom, lemon balm, delicate candied lemon zest, orange confit and yeast patina. Very present on the palate, fine perlage, supported by a tense acidity and finesse-rich minerality, very elegant and light-footed spicy finish with great length. For special occasions.


Dom Pérignon
Dom Pérignon, Champagne, France, 2010 The radiant floral sweetness is followed by the typical smoky minerality, candied fruits and darker notes of spices and liquorice. The palate is impressive and demanding. Mineral notes that lead into noble bitter, iodine and salty flavours.


André Clouet Rosé brut
Champagne, France - 75cl This Brut Rosé is unmistakably a Pinot noir in the nose, with its wonderfully artful and old-fashioned etiquette. Strawberries and sour cherries prevail. In addition, a delicate fragrance of roses and a delicious smell of marzipan, bread crust and brioche. Its fi ne mousse is subtly mouth-filling. Despite its distinct structure, it feels vinous and full-bodied. The attractive spiciness and tartness give it an interesting dimension in the long finish.


Prosecco Brut Millesimato
Paladin, Veneto, Italia, 2019 - 75cl Pale golden yellow with bright green tinge. Lovely mousse with a consistent, moderate effervescence. The nose is fresh with typical aromas of white peach and Williams pear. Fine bead and a creamy texture with well-defined fresh fruit. The finish is long and always fresh.


Prosecco Rosé
Paladin, Veneto, Italia, 2019 - 75cl The bouquet of the Prosecco Rosé is generous, with floral and fruity aromas reminiscent of white, fragrant flowers and bright red cherries, peaches and pink grapefruit. The palate is enveloped by a fine, creamy mousse. The juicy acidity and fine astringency set a counterpoint. Delicate and with a wonderful triology of sweetness, acidity and astringency, this cuvée of Glera and Pinot Nero is a pleasure to drink. Aromas of cherries, tangerines, ginger and orange zest as well as fine butter biscuits surround the palate. Rosé and a little bit of Italianitá makes life just easier! Our tip: try it with bruschetta or your favourite pizza.


White Wine
Ballenz weiss 1844
Ostschweizer Landwein, Roland und Karin Lenz, Schweiz, 2019 - 75cl The exoticism of Sauvignon Blanc sets the tone in this cuvée. The nose releases an exotic fragrance reminiscent of passion and citrus fruits. A playful floral note of lime blossom, freesia and orange blossom resonates. The first sip already offers pure drinking pleasure! The Ballenz is bursting with juiciness, lively and crisp freshness. A pleasantly sweet and sour interplay with a fine, salty finish. An outstanding aperitif wine and accompaniment to Swiss-style tapas or a colourful salad. With each purchased bottle of Ballenz Red and Ballenz White you are supporting the winery's biodiversity project with 50 centimes. Baur au Lac Vins in turn contributes another 50 centimes. Grüner Veltliner Langenlois
Schloss Gobelsburg, Kamptal, Österreich, 2020 The vineyards for this wine are located around the historic wine town of Langenlois. In the nose, green apple, lime and kumquat blend with mint and oregano. Its start in the mouth is striking. Its texture, characterized by mineral and spicy components, gives it a nice body. After some development, the fruity aromas appear. A racy wine with a lot of personality.


Red Wine
Château Fourcas-Borie
Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, 2012 - 75cl This wine from Ducru-Beaucaillou is proof that good Bordeaux is also available at a reasonable price. The fragrance is floral-fruity with roses, lilies and violets, black cherries, figs and plum compote. With its great taste intensity and smooth tannins, it is a versatile food companion.


PSI by Pingus
DO Ribera del Duero, Bodegas y Viñedos Alnardo S.L., España, 2018 - 75cl In the historic centre of the Ribera del Duero, Peter Sisseck's latest project came into being a good 10 years ago: the Bodegas y Viñedos Alnardo. A good 400 winegrowers with very small plots and ancient vines are involved in this unique project, in which Sisseck buys and presses their grapes for the PSI. The PSI is matured in mainly used barrels, thus bringing the full potential and typicality of this unique region into the bottle. Not only the name (the initials of Peter Sisseck), but also the style bear the unmistakable signature of the master: incredibly powerful and at the same time perfectly balanced - a wine of exceptional structure and yet for almost every day.
