Our chef "Bo", started his career off in Hong Kong with a great master that taught him culinary excellence in Chinese cuisine. After moving to Switzerland, he was then employed in a local Chinese restaurant in Crans-Montana, before moving to become a chef at a 5 star hotel in Zurich. Restaurant Szechuan was established since 2005 and has been serving fresh and delicious food ever since. Run by Family Chau it is, and remains a small and local restaurant - only one of a kind.
