Za'atar means a spice mixture of thyme, sumac and roasted sesame seeds, which is used in many ways in the Middle East in the kitchen. Za’atar also stands for an enthusiastic Lebanese cook and passionate host. From different perspectives and experiences, I implement my convictions in a fresh, honest kitchen from my home country.
