La Maison du Gâteau
In 1989 La Maison du Gâteau opened for the first time in the heart of Geneva, in the lovely neighborhood of Florissant. At the time it was called "Moule à Gâteau" and quickly became the morning shelter for regular customers coming to have their daily cup of friendship, gossips and sweets.
This is how "Moule à Gâteau" seduced Florissant, and since, La Maison du Gâteau decided to conquer new places and cities. Lausanne, Nyon and other neighborhoods in Geneva have now become places where we share our taste for fresh, noble, tasty and quality products.
For us, quality is the right mix between love and rigor. We bring patience, attention and know-how to our creations every day. Our engagement towards our clients is to offer fresh products, made with noble products (butter, fresh cream) and selected with care.
We have decided not to use palm oil in our recipes, to select fresh seasonal fruits, to produce very fresh creations in order to offer you high quality pastries.
Our assortment lives with the seasons. The more original creations that complete our offer are designed by our most skilled craftsmen. The cakes you will get delivered are on plates on cardboard white boxes for a maximum hygiene.
