Apple strudel


Step 1.0

Soak the raisins in lukewarm water for 10 min.

Step 2.0

Peel the apples and cut them in a slice half a centimeter thick.

Put the apple slices in a terrine and add the sugar, cinnamon, lemon zest, almond powder and drained raisins. To mix everything.

Unroll the puff pastry on a flat and clean surface. Spread the dough as finely as possible and gently place it on a cloth.

With the butter, brush the surface of the dough. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Place the apple stuffing on the dough, leave a border of 2-3 cm.

Lift the cloth on one side and roll the dough, enclosing the stuffing inside.

Butter the top of the Strudel and bake at 180 ° C for 25 to 30 minutes.

Serve the strudel still warm or wait for it to cool completely.
