Beef fajitas


Step 1.0

Cut the pepper into small dice and brown with a little oil over low heat for about 10 min.

Step 2.0

Add the chopped beef and crushed garlic clove. Then season according to the tastes of salt, pepper, Provence herbs, spices, and a few drops of Tabasco.

Step 3.0

Cook the meat for 5 min and add 2 tablespoons of Mexican sauce.

Step 4.0

Warm up the tortillas for 1 min in the pan.

Step 5.0

Place the tortillas on plates and add the beef preparation. Garnish with cheese, salad, tangy cream and corn depending on the preferences.
