Wash and finely chop the onion, garlic, carrot and celery branch.
In a pot or a casserole, pour a net of olive oil and add the cut vegetables, the tomatoes in dice as well as the passata.
Prepare a classic béchamel (butter, flour and milk) and book it.
In a hot stove, pour a net of oil and cook the beef.
When the meat is cooked, remove the heat pan.
Add the meat to tomato sauce.
If possible, cook the tomato sauce about 1 hour with soft lights by adding a little water if necessary.
In a baking dish, alternate pasta, tomato / meat and béchamel layers, adding a few basil leaves between each layer. Finish by Béchamel.
Cook about 35 minutes in middle oven and cover with Mozzarella cut into small pieces a few minutes before serving.
