Step 1.0

Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6)

Step 2.0

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture turns white.

Step 3.0

Melt the chocolate and butter cut into pieces in a double boiler. Let cool for a few minutes.

Step 4.0

Stir melted chocolate into egg-sugar mixture.

Step 5.0

Add flour and vanilla sugar and mix.

Step 6.0

Butter and flour the pan and pour in the cake batter.

Step 7.0

Place in the oven for about 20 - 25 minutes and check regularly with a knife blade
