Cake with apples
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a bowl, beat the soft butter and sugar until the preparation whitens.
Add the eggs and mix again.
Incorporate the flour, yeast, and finally milk.
While this dough rests, peel the apples. Cut an apple into cubes and the other two in thin slices.
Sprinkle the cinnamon slices.
Add the apple pieces in the dough, pour everything into the buttered cake pan and smooth with a spatula. Decorate the cake using the thin apple slices.
Bake at 180 ° C for 40 to 45 min.
To check the cooking, insert a knife in the cake: if the dry and clean spring blade is cooked!
