In a large saucepan put water to boil. Then, add a pinch of salt and plunge the pasta into boiling water.
In a skillet, bring back smoked bacon with a little bit of olive oil.
In a bowl, mix the egg, the whole cream, and the Grana Padano until getting a smooth mixture. Season with tastes.
Add the pasta cooked in the pan, as well as a little cooking water. Stir everything for a few seconds before turning off the fire.
Add the egg yolks and mix everything. Sprinkle with Grana Padano and serve immediately.
