Chicken and halloumi skewers


Step 1.0

Cut chicken cutlets lengthwise into strips. Thread onto skewers in a wave-like pattern, season with salt and pepper.

Step 2.0

Cut halloumi into eight sticks of the same size. Stick on skewers.

Step 3.0

Fry chicken and halloumi skewers one after the other in oil for about 6 minutes.

Step 4.0

Cut spring onion into fine rings. Sprinkle over the skewers with pomegranate seeds.

  • 2 chicken cutlets
  • Salt
  • pepper, e.g. orange pepper
  • 250 g Halloumi
  • 3 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 1 spring onion
  • 3 tbsp pomegranate seeds
