Cut the chicken fillet into dice and put them in a terrine with a marinade composed of olive oil, soy sauce, chives and curry. Let stand an hour in the fridge.
Cook the white rice according to the package instructions.
Meanwhile chop the onions and brown them slightly in a little oil, then add the chicken.
As soon as the meat is golden brown, add the crème fraîche. Season with curry according to tastes.
Mix everything well and cook over low heat for 10-15 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with white rice and/or with vegetables.
