Chicken fried noodles
Rinse the broccoli and peel the carrots, shallots and garlic. Finely mince all vegetables.
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a wok. Add the vegetables and soy sauce. Brown over high heat.
Cut the chicken into small dice or thin strips, depending on the preferences.
In a hot pan, place the chicken with a little oil. Cook the chicken until it takes a beautiful golden shade. Season.
Meanwhile, cook the noodles following the indications of the package.
Add the chicken to the wok with the vegetables and continue to brown 2 to 3 minutes.
Add the soy germs.
Pour the cooked noodles into the wok and sauté everything for a minute by mixing all the ingredients well. Salt if necessary. Serve and taste!
