Chocolate crepes


Step 1.0

In a bowl, mix the milk and flour. Combine eggs and melted butter in another bowl.

Step 2.0

Then mix the two preparations using a whisk, so as not to have lumps.

Step 3.0

Let the dough rest for 15 minutes at room temperature.

Step 4.0

Heat a slightly oiled or buttered pancake pan.

Step 5.0

Using a ladle, pour a little dough into the pan and spread to form a pancake. Wait only for small bubbles formed on the surface, then turn the pancake over and let the other side brown.

Step 6.0

Garnish the pancakes with chocolate cream and taste immediately.
