Chocolate macaroons


Step 1.0

Preheat the oven to thermostat 6 (180 ° C).

Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it gently in a bain marie.

Mix 80 g of icing sugar with almond powder. Add the melted chocolate and stir.

Beat the egg whites with the salt, then add the rest of the icing sugar without ceasing to whisk. Beat until the mixture becomes smooth and shiny. Incorporate the eggs to the previous mixture until you get a sandy texture.

Using a teaspoon, place small piles of dough on a baking sheet covered with a sheet of parchment paper.

Bake and cook for 10 to 12 min.

Step 7.0

Take off the macaroons and let cool on a rack.

Step 8.0

Prepare the butter cream: in a bowl, work with a fork 50 g of butter and chocolate powder until you get a homogeneous texture.

Step 9.0

Spread a layer of butter cream over half of the macaroons. Associate the macaroons two by two.
