Couscous with chicken
Pour 50 ml of water into a couscoussière.
Add the tomato puree, salt, pepper and olive oil.
Mix everything and let it boil for 10 min.
Add the chicken thighs, chopped garlic cloves, chickpeas, minced onions, cut carrots and peeled potatoes. Pour the remaining water into the mixture.
Place the couscous in a container and cover with a glass of water. Let stand for 3 minutes.
Add the couscous to the couscoussière and cook for 10 min.
Arrange the couscous according to tastes and taste.

- 4 potatoes
- 6 carrots
- 50 g chickpea
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp. tomato
