In a skillet, brown the minced onions with a little olive oil for 3-4 min.

Add the meat and continue cooking for 5 minutes, stirring with a spatula.

Thicken with the flour and the broth, then add the grapes.

Check the seasoning and sprinkle with parsley, thyme or basil, depending on tastes.

For assembly, spread the dough over 1/2 cm and detail circles about 15 centimeters in diameter.

Put stuffing on half of the circle and garnish with olives. Wet the edges, fold and weld to obtain a slipper.

Unlock a hole in each slippers, to let the steam escape. Optional: brown the booties with egg.
