Lemon tart


Step 1.0

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (thermostat 6).

Step 2.0

Beat the eggs with the brown sugar until a frothy mixture is obtained.

Step 3.0

Wash, and zest the 3 lemons, then press them and reserve the juice.

Step 4.0

Incorporate the melted butter, the juice and the lemon zest to the sparkling mixture.

Step 5.0

Cut the puff pastry using a cookie cutter of the same size as your molds. Place the paste rounds in each alveole and distribute the lemony mixture over the dough.

Step 6.0

Place the mold on a baking sheet and bake. Cook for about 30 min.

Step 7.0

At the end of cooking, the tartlets must take a slightly golden appearance.
