Maple syrup pancakes
Separate the eggs.
Mix egg yolks, milk and sugar. Add flour, salt and baking powder and stir to a thick batter.
Beat the egg whites until stiff and gently fold into the batter.
Heat a little butter in a non-stick frying pan.
Pour 1 small soup ladleful of batter per pancake into skillet, spreading evenly to about 5 mm thickness. Bake batter in portions over medium heat until golden brown pancakes form.
Serve with maple syrup and blueberries.

- 2 eggs
- 2 dl of milk
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 150 g flour
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder, 6g
- butter for baking
- maple syrup and blueberries to serve
