Monk head with pears and honey


Step 1.0

Coarsely chop the nuts. Strip off thyme leaves. Cut pears into slices.

Step 2.0

Arrange Tête de Moine rosettes on one pear slice each.

Step 3.0

Sprinkle with walnuts and drizzle with honey. Sprinkle thyme leaves on top. Season with pepper and serve.

  • 4 sprigs of thyme
  • 2 pears, e.g. Kaiser Alexander
  • 12 Tête de Moine rosettes
  • 2 tablespoons of liquid honey
  • Pepper from the mill
