Pasta Alla Caprese
Boil salted water in a large saucepan.
Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into small dice.
Place the tomatoes and mozzarella in a bowl and season with salt, oil and oregano.
Add the chopped basil and chopped garlic (or crushed depending on the tastes).
Cook the pasta in boiling water: watch out for cooking, they must be al dente.
After draining them, pour the pasta into the bowl with the tomatoes and mozzarella.
Mix and serve immediately to appreciate the hot-cold side. Or keep cool to taste a summer salad later.

- 250 g of mozzarella
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 garlic clove
- Dry oregano
- Fresh basilic
- Olive oil
