Put 350 g of flour in a large bowl then successively add the salt, baker's yeast and olive oil.

Gradually pour the warm water while mixing with a wooden spoon.

Stir long until a paste is obtained from the bowl. Finish kneading the dough if necessary.

Let the dough rest for 1 hour covering the bowl with a damp cloth.

After resting time, flour your worktop abundantly and place the pizza dough there.

Shape your pizza to the dimensions of your plate, or in circles, depending on the preferences. Place the pizza on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.

On the pizza dough, spread the tomato sauce almost up to the edges.

Step 8.0

Garnish the pizza of ham (whole or pieces, depending on the preferences).

Step 9.0

Put the mozzarella and oregano.

Step 10.0

Bake for 25-30 minutes at 220 ° C for electric ovens and 20 minutes at 180 ° C for gas ovens.
