Potato gnocchi

Step 1.0
Mix the flour, potato flakes and salt.
Step 2.0
Make a hollow and incorporate the eggs. Add the water little by little while mixing until you get a ball of homogeneous dough
Step 3.0
Flour the worktop and train gnocchi by hand.
Step 4.0
Roll each gnocchi on a fork with your thumb to give them this typical aspect of gnocchi.
Step 5.0
Cook the gnocchi in boiling salted water for about 2 minutes or until they rise to the surface. Drain the gnocchi and reserve them in a dish.
Step 6.0
Add the pesto and mix one last time before serving. Garnish with cheese.
