Spaghetti with meatballs


Step 1.0

Finely chop the onion and garlic cloves, mix everything and separate into 3 parts.

Step 2.0

Mix the beef with pepper and 2 thirds of the onion/garlic mixture (do not salt). Form dumplings about 2 cm in diameter.

Step 3.0

In a non -stick skillet, brown the dumplings by small batch for 5 to 7 min.

Step 4.0

In a saucepan, brown the last third of the onion/garlic mixture with a drizzle of olive oil.

Step 5.0

Add the tomato box, the tomato puree, the teaspoon of sugar, the broth cube and the basil, season according to the tastes.

Step 6.0

Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions.

Step 7.0

Add the meatballs to the tomato sauce and simmer covered so that the dumplings become juicy.

Step 8.0

Serve the spaghetti in a plate and generously garnish with sauce and dumplings. Enjoy your lunch!
