Vegetarian cantonese rice
Cook the rice according to the indications of the package. Let cool.
Cut the carrots into small dice. Cook them with small steam peas, or in water.
In a wok, brown the minced onions with a little oil, the diced carrots and the peas.
In a bowl, mix the eggs in an omelet and pour them into the wok. During cooking, separate the eggs so that they are distributed well in the vegetables.
Add the rice and brown for 5 minutes (with 2 tablespoons of oil). Season according to tastes.

- 3 eggs
- 3 carrots
- 100 g of peas
- 1 onion
- 3 tablespoons of oil
