We love the simple and straightforward. For this reason, we want to offer simple food paired with the best ingredients. Authentic, just like Mamàs.
So that you can experience the authentic Greek taste, we prepare everything ourselves if possible. By hand, of course.
We leave nothing to chance: we source the meat from the best addresses in Switzerland and process it ourselves - as we have been doing for years. The unmistakable taste is due on the one hand to our spice mix, on the other hand to our love for what we do.

Our airy pita’s are made strictly according to the traditional recipe from 1957 in Athens.
