Discover with us the treasures of gardens, fields, woods and meadows of the entire Alpine region. We use high quality and regionally rooted food according to the season. Fresh herbs directly from the garden, tender tasty meat, to which we give the necessary time to ripeness, selected regional specialities from the Farms and cellars of our farmers and partners.
