The THAÏ has become a reference of thai gastronomy and is a must of Geneva’s adresses. The chefs de cuisine are sent to Geneva from Bangkok after a long training in the art of thai cuisine. For the sake of authenticity and freshness, the ingredients are sent twice a week from Thailand and are prepared in combination with the best local products. The wine-list is one of the town’s richest ones and can fulfill the expectations of our demanding customers. The THAÏ cuisine includes the four regional variants and the "royal Court cuisine", highly refined, legacy of the absolute monarchy, from the time when only exceptional dishes were served at the king's table. Each dish had to flatter the eye and the palate, the high ingredients quality and the cooking methods had to be blameless as well as the presentation of the dishes, as the creation had to prevail.
