The Barbagallo family is made up of Daniele, Giada, Loris, Mathias and soon Nicolas will arrive in December 2020. Daniele from Sicily and Giada from Liguria, we met in Australia where we spent almost 8 years. In Australia we had the opportunity to learn new recipes by working with chefs from all over the world. Eating should be a shared experience between friends. That's why we pay attention to details in order to create quality products, so you only have to think about eating and having fun! From the raw materials to the final product we only use top quality ingredients, so whoever tastes our products feels transported to the typical Italian scents and flavours. Our favourite phrase is: "You always cook with someone in mind, otherwise you are just preparing food."
