Apple and chocolate pie
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Peel the apples and cut them into slices about 1 cm thick.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler by stirring it from time to time with a wooden spoon.
Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add the sugar and a little milk and mix well.
Spread the puff pastry and cover the melted chocolate bottom. Place the apple strips on the chocolate and finish by pouring the egg mixture on the pie.
Bake at 200 ° C. Cook for about 25 min.
