Preheat the oven to 130 ° C.

Beat the egg whites. Add the sugar little and whisk until the mixture is smooth and firm.

Add the vinegar and cornstarch. Beat again, the mixture must be very firm and shiny.

Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the preparation in the middle. The shape should look like a kind of cake 8-10 centimeters high.
