Step 1
Preheat the oven to 130 ° C.

Beat the egg whites. Incorporate the sugar gradually and whisk until the mixture is smooth and firm.

Add vinegar and cornfire. Beat again, the mixture must be very firm and brilliant.

Cover a baking sheet of parchment paper and place the preparation in the middle. The shape must look like a kind of cake of 8-10 centimeters in height.

Cool and place in the fridge.
