Cover a baking sheet of parchment paper and place the preparation in the middle. The shape must look like a kind of cake of 8-10 centimeters in height.
Bake for 1h15.
Cool and place in the fridge.
Before serving, decorate with cream (beaten in whipped) and fresh fruit.
