Rice salad


Step 1.0

Cook the rice according to the indications of the package.

Step 2.0

Rinse the rice with cold water to remove the starch and to stop cooking. Let him cool.

Step 3.0

When the rice is cold, add the hard eggs cut into strips, diced tomatoes, olives, corn and tuna in crumbs.

Step 4.0

For vinaigrette: mix balsamic vinegar, salt, oil, chopped parsley and pepper. Pour the sauce over the rice salad and mix everything.

Step 5.0

Reserve in the refrigerator then serve fresh.
