Step 1.0

In a bowl, mix the melted butter with the sugar and the vanilla sugar.

Step 2.0

Beat 2 eggs and an egg yolk with a fork.

Step 3.0

Add the beaten eggs to the sugar-butter mixture and mix well.

Step 4.0

Incorporate the sifted flour and powdered yeast.

Step 5.0

Pour the milk little by little, by gradually diluting with a wooden spoon so as not to make lumps.

Step 6.0

Beat the egg white by snow using an electric mixer and gently incorporate it into the dough.

Step 7.0

Heat the slightly oiled waffle iron.

Step 8.0

Pour a ladle of dough and close the waffle iron. Cook for a few minutes. Take out the waffle when it is golden brown and let it cool out of the waffle iron and repeat the operation until there is no dough left.
